According to the season and the variety of fresh products in a given period, we make sure there is always something special on the menu, to diversify the range of meals we normally offer. In autumn, you can witness Czech traditional pig slaughter, have St. Martin's goose, or special venison menu. In December you're invited to our enogastronomic tasting evenings.
From April to May, the spring specialities on our menu are lamb and veal, Easter menu with fresh herbs such as wild garlic, lady's mantle and more, and traditional Czech meatloaf with nettles is something not to be missed either.
